Engaging Teachers and Students with Educational Programs

  • Teachers and Students Learning at America's Packard Museum.

We support teachers and students! From teaching American history through the lens of automobilia, to programs designed to give technical expertise, America’s Packard Museum has developed educational programs for students of all ages. Teachers can use the Museum’s automobiles, artifacts and clothing displays as primary sources in teaching history, humanities and more.

We work with teachers to create new continuing education programs for persons of all ages to further the knowledge that antique automobile preservation passes on from one generation to the next. Young people don’t understand how we lived before cell phones and GPS! The history and culture of our society are woven throughout the stories of the automobile. The Museum is open to field trips year-round for all grade levels. Contact us!

  • Students love coming to the Museum

Whether examining design, engineering, history, or culture, America’s Packard Museum supports educators with tools to effectively engage their students.

Bring our past alive with the automobiles and artifacts that always amaze the younger generation.

Our docents will coordinate with the teachers to find out what you are most interested in. We work with teachers from public, private, home-school, summer camps, and after-school programs.

We have fun and educational activities for families. Host your History Symposiums for Educators and Children.
